On July 31, 2026, Shandong Ouruian Electric Co., Ltd., Zigong Transport Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yunji Group) and Huaxia DTI Intelligent IoT Co., Ltd. formally signed a framework strategic cooperation agreement in Zigong, Sichuan Province. Founded in 2003 and listed on the Main Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2021, Yunji Group is a leading enterprise in China’s bulk material handling equipment industry. The group devotes itself to the R&D, manufacturing and general EPC contracting services of various belt conveyors, hoists and supporting facilities. Its products are widely applied in power, coal, steel, chemical and other industries and exported to many countries and regions around the world.

Established in 2013, Shandong Ouruian Electric Co., Ltd. became a strategically controlled subsidiary of Yunji Group in 2024. It is a national Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise and a single champion enterprise in Shandong Province’s manufacturing industry. Its core products include high-speed direct drive systems, high and low voltage inverters, integrated permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency speed regulating machines, electric fracturing drive systems, intelligent electrical control systems, and intelligent equipment operation and maintenance systems. The three parties will jointly develop standardized complete products featuring "complete conveying equipment + permanent magnet drive + intelligent electrical control", delivering more competitive conveyor drive solutions for mining and industrial sectors.
